Wadowicka 3 Office Complex – new lessees moving in

You are well familiar with Building A of the Wadowicka 3 Office Complex, and Building B, where new lessees are now moving into, is yet another stage of this project. When entering the building, the new lessees come into a splendid reception area which reflects the unique character of this place.

Wadowicka 3 is a state-of-the-art office building in the vicinity of the Mateczny Roundabout. The complex is made up of three class A office buildings constructed in compliance with the requirements of Breeam certification. Particularly noteworthy is the precision of connecting the outside with the inside, i.e. the internal atrium, which is achieved by means of the pavement changing from hexagonal paving slabs to sintered quartz slabs.
As the General Contractor, we have been involved in this project from the very start, performing both construction and finishing works at the buildings forming the office complex, and doing fit-out work for the lessees.
